The company is now hiring a full-time Accounts/Admin Officer for its Faridpur office. The selected candidate will manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, office administration, payroll processing, banking activities, procurement, inventory management, and project-wise cost tracking. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in accounting, finance, or related fields, preferably with experience in construction management or engineering. Requirements
BBA, MBA, BBS, or MBS in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates with a Construction Management or Engineering background will receive preference.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
Strong bookkeeping, accounting, organizational, and mathematical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining financial confidentiality.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Manage daily financial transactions, cash flow, and maintain accurate ledger records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements and expense reports.
Process staff salaries, vendor payments, and utility bills accurately.
Oversee office administration, procurement of office supplies, and inventory management.
Maintain proper documentation including vouchers, invoices, and project-wise cost records.
Assist with banking activities and manage fund disbursement efficiently.
Perform general administrative duties and provide operational support to management.
