AI/ML Engineer (Agentic AI & Automation)

The AI/ML Engineer (Agentic AI & Automation) role is designed for experienced professionals passionate about building next-generation AI systems. The selected candidate will work on designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), automation frameworks, and modern architectures. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and drive innovation in AI and automation technologies. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in software engineering, machine learning, and AI application development, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, machine learning, AI application development, or workflow automation.

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI application development.

• Experience working with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK.

• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), vector databases, and embeddings.

• Experience integrating APIs and third-party services.

• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and containerization tools like Docker.

• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design.

• Proficiency in using Git and collaborative development practices.

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred: Experience building multi-modal agentic systems.

• Preferred: Familiarity with observability and AI evaluation frameworks.

• Preferred: Experience deploying AI applications in production environments.

• Preferred: Experience with LLM fine-tuning.

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and agentic workflows for intelligent automation.

• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications and AI-driven automation systems.

• Integrate AI solutions with internal and external services using APIs.

• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies and AI evaluation frameworks.

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge management systems.

• Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve AI system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.

• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

• Contribute to technical architecture discussions, documentation, and code reviews.
