Assistant Engineer (Implementation)

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and skilled Assistant Engineer (Implementation) to join our growing engineering team in Mymensingh (Muktagachha). The ideal candidate will support the planning, implementation, and after-sales service of solar energy projects. This role involves hands-on technical work including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic systems, substations, and related electrical infrastructure. You will also coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)

• Experience in Engineering Firms, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, or Power sector is preferred

• Age between 23 to 30 years

• Only Male candidates are allowed to apply

• Must have strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, BOQ preparation, MS Office, and Computer Skills

• Experience in Implementation Work, working under pressure, and willingness to work in remote areas

• Good command of written and spoken Bengali and English

• Must strictly maintain safety and security standards at all times

• Solar project planning, implementation, team leadership, and after-sales service

• Create electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and connection diagrams using AutoCAD software

• Perform Solar Photo-voltaic field analysis, Distribution panel design, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Sub-Stations

• Handle earthing and lightning protection system implementation

• Work independently while collaborating as a team player to improve design practices and project success

• Ensure all project-related works are completed within the scheduled time

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth project execution

• Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance activities for solar electric systems
