• Must be a Bangladeshi citizen and permanent resident.

• Government, semi-government, or autonomous body employees must apply through the proper authority.

• Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, and land use management.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with government policies and RAJUK’s planning framework is preferred.

• Assist in the development and implementation of urban and regional planning projects under RAJUK’s supervision.

• Conduct zoning assessments, land use evaluations, and feasibility studies for development projects.
