The organization is currently seeking a highly qualified, dynamic, and self-motivated Executive - Sample (N Tech - H&M) to join its professional team of garment manufacturing experts. There is 1 vacancy available for this full-time onsite position based in Narayanganj.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing buyer-approved samples according to H&M technical requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and timely submission. The role requires close collaboration with merchandising, CAD, pattern, fabric, cutting, and sample teams to ensure smooth sample development and production readiness. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, fit, measurement, and H&M technical standards. Working hours will follow the company's regular full-time office schedule. Applicants must be between 24 and 32 years of age. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience are preferred, although highly motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering or Bachelor's/Honors degree from any reputed university.
At least 2 years of professional experience in the garments industry. Freshers with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
Age must be between 24 and 32 years.
Strong knowledge of H&M technical standards and sample approval process.
Excellent understanding of garment construction, pattern development, garment fit, and measurements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Experience in sample development, quality control, pattern making, and Tech Pack interpretation will be an advantage.
