The company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intern - Quality Assurance to join its onsite team in Dhanmondi 27, Dhaka. This full-time paid internship is ideal for final-year students and fresh graduates passionate about software quality and user experience. The selected candidate will work closely with QA and development teams to conduct testing activities, document defects, validate workflows, and contribute to delivering high-quality web and mobile applications. Preference will be given to candidates with excellent academic records. Vacancy is exclusive to Bangladeshi residents only.

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Candidates with academic projects, training, or certifications related to Software Testing or Quality Assurance will have an added advantage.

• Document test results, defects, and issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them effectively.

• Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and checklists based on project requirements.

• Track and manage defects using bug tracking systems and follow up on issue resolution.

• Validate forms, data entry processes, calculations, and approval workflows.

• Assist in preparing test cases, checklists, and user acceptance testing documents.

• Participate in departmental guidelines, software manuals, and process-related documentation.

• Collaborate with developers to prepare and present high-quality organizational applications.

• Ensure all tests are executed and provide regular quality status feedback to the team lead.
