Overview
MSI Risk Management Limited is recruiting Loan Collection Officers on a full-time, commission-based basis for opportunities across Bangladesh. The company offers candidates the opportunity to work in their own district or local area and directly communicate with customers in their respective areas. Multiple openings are available, and freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with previous experience in marketing, sales, or collection-related work will receive preference. Applicants with their own motorcycle will also be given special preference.
The role involves field-level loan installment and overdue payment collection, regular customer communication, field visits, monitoring collection progress, and reporting activities to the relevant authority. The position requires an 8-hour working schedule with a day shift. Candidates should be responsible, hardworking, honest, capable of teamwork, and willing to work in the field. The compensation structure is fully commission-based, with attractive performance bonuses. Salary review is conducted yearly, and high performers may have the opportunity to be promoted to Divisional Supervisor. Selected Divisional Supervisors will receive a fixed salary.

Requirements
Educational qualification: H.S.C. or equivalent.
