Marketing/Sales Executive – Textile Silicone & Flake Softener Chemical

We are currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Marketing/Sales Executive to join our growing team in Uttara, Dhaka. The primary focus of this role is to promote and sell our premium range of textile chemicals, particularly Silicone and Flake Softener, along with other auxiliaries and brighteners to knitting and dyeing factories across Bangladesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for regular client visits, maintaining strong corporate relationships, and driving the sales of our sustainable chemical products in the competitive local market.

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Diploma in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in textile chemicals marketing, sales, or production.

• Freshers with strong academic background and communication skills are also highly encouraged to apply.

• Prior experience in a Dyeing Factory or wholesale chemical business area will be given preference.

• Age limit: 20 to 28 years.

• Only male candidates are eligible to apply.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Strong technical knowledge of textile auxiliaries, dyes, and chemicals (Cotton OBA, Polyester OBA, Silicone, Flake Softener, etc.).

• Visit various knitting and dyeing factories and chemical traders regularly to promote the company's product line.

• Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Silicone, Flake Softener, and other textile auxiliaries.

• Provide necessary technical support, product information, and solutions to clients.

• Follow up closely with clients regarding orders, delivery, and timely payment collection.

• Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and feedback for the management.

• Commit to working 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.

• Salary Range: Tk. 18,000 - 25,000 per month (Based on experience).
