Overview
Primeasia University, a leading private university located in Banani, Dhaka, is seeking dynamic and qualified academic leaders to join its School of Business in the Department of Human Resource Management (HRM) as Professor or Associate Professor. We are committed to fostering academic excellence, high-impact research, and professional development among our students.
As a Professor or Associate Professor in HRM, you will provide academic leadership, mentor students, drive research activities, and contribute significantly to curriculum development and institutional accreditation processes. Working hours are standard full-time university office and teaching hours with 02 (two) weekly days off. There is no age limit specified for this position.

Requirements
Education: PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) and Masters degree.
Experience: At least 12 years of experience, with specific experience in the University sector.
Age Limit: Not applicable (Na).

Technical Skills: Academic leadership, curriculum development, research publication, exam evaluation, and program review.
Soft Skills: Mentoring, counseling, team collaboration, and effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong background in Human Resource Management with demonstrated contributions to faculty development and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
To mentor students in academic growth, research activities, and professional development.
To provide academic leadership within the department and actively contribute to faculty development and strategic planning.
To participate in and contribute to the activities of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), including self-assessment, program review, and continuous improvement initiatives.
To lead and support initiatives for national and international accreditation and institutional ranking.
To ensure that course content remains current, research-driven, and relevant to both academic and industry developments.
To engage in curriculum development, academic audits, and policy formulation processes in line with the strategic vision of the university.
To represent the university at national and international academic events, collaborations, and exchange programs, enhancing institutional visibility and reputation.
To prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, and develop curriculum.
To conduct classes as assigned by the department.
To take class tests, quizzes, and exams.
To evaluate students’ assignments, set question papers, and evaluate answer scripts.
To attend departmental and general meetings.
To counsel students and to work in a team environment.
To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the university authority.
