• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Python development.

• Strong foundation in Python fundamentals, including OOP, data structures, and asynchronous programming.

• Hands-on experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Proficiency in using Git, REST APIs, and testing frameworks.

• Experience working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.

• Knowledge of RAG systems, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and CI/CD fundamentals.

• Understanding of AI output evaluation, validation, and guardrail techniques.
