The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, evaluating eligibility, analyzing technical and financial requirements, preparing competitive bids, managing e-GP submissions, and providing strategic recommendations to management. • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA).

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in government tender preparation, analysis, and submission in Bangladesh.

• Experience in building & construction materials, engineering firms, contractors, or infrastructure-related organizations.

• Experience handling tenders under RHD, LGED, PWD, CAAB, EED, or similar government agencies is preferred.

• Professional training in public procurement, government tendering, or e-GP.

• Strong practical knowledge of the Bangladesh Government e-GP system and public procurement rules.

• Sound understanding of SLT, NPPI, NRD, and tender evaluation methodologies.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, BOQ analysis, and financial calculations.

• Knowledge of Joint Venture (JV) tender requirements and qualification assessments.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

• High standards of professional integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
