Overview

NIRVOR PLUSE BANGLADESH LTD is a rapidly growing consumer products marketing company operating across Bangladesh. To support its ongoing business expansion in Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions, the company is seeking dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Territory Sales Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong sales and distribution management experience in the FMCG or consumer products sector.

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing territory-wise sales operations, developing distributor and dealer networks, achieving sales targets, monitoring field sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities. Applicants with leadership qualities, strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving license will receive preference.

  • Work with distributors and dealers to expand market coverage.

  • Monitor sales representatives and ensure target achievement.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

  • Develop new customers and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • HSC, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.

  • Experience in marketing-related activities will be preferred.

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in FMCG or consumer products sector.

  • Experience as TSM or ASM will be given preference.

  • Strong leadership capability.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Computer proficiency.

  • Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise sales operations within the assigned territory.

  • Develop and maintain distributor and dealer networks.

  • Ensure achievement of sales targets.

  • Monitor and guide sales representatives.

  • Prepare market analysis and competitive reports.

  • Create new markets and acquire new customers.
