The organization has Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC) and is registered with the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA), Certificate No. 00956-04041-00068. COAST Foundation is recruiting 10 Branch Accountants for its microfinance operations in Barishal, Bhola, Chattogram, and Cox's Bazar districts and upazilas. The organization's head office is located at Metro Melody (1st Floor), House 13, Road 02, Shyamoli, Dhaka-1207.
The position is full-time and suitable for male and female candidates, particularly individuals from marginalized communities who are socially and politically aware. The age limit is 25 to 35 years as of 31 July 2026. Selected candidates will receive three days of basic microfinance training followed by 15 days of practical learning with a senior employee at a branch. Candidates must bring a motorcycle or bicycle when joining if selected. Local and married female candidates who have completed their education may receive opportunities to work in their local areas. The recruitment process includes reference and background checks related to sexual exploitation and abuse.
Walk-in interviews will be held on 08 August 2026 at 10:00 AM at COAST Cox's Bazar Centre, House No. 75, Road No. 02, Block-A, Light House Road, Kolatoli, Cox's Bazar. Candidates must bring 3 recently taken passport-size photographs (not older than 15 days), original certificates of all examinations passed, original citizenship certificate, original National Identity Card, a character certificate issued by a first-class government officer of the candidate's own Upazila Parishad, photocopies of all certificates, and a photocopy of the admit card of the latest examination. A test fee of BDT 100 must be paid. Students and smokers do not need to participate in the examination. Candidates must comply with all COAST Foundation policies and conditions, including commitments against child marriage and sexual exploitation and abuse.
Educational qualification in Commerce: Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
Minimum HSC pass; candidates with a third division/class or equivalent result, or GPA below 2.5 in any examination, are not acceptable.
Age limit: 25 to 35 years as of 31 July 2026.
Applicants should be socially and politically aware and interested in working with marginalized communities.
Candidates must be willing to complete basic microfinance training and practical field learning with senior staff.
Selected candidates must be prepared to join with a motorcycle or bicycle.

Perform branch accounting and financial activities related to microfinance operations.
Support the effective operation and financial administration of the assigned branch.
Participate in the three-day basic microfinance training after appointment.
Complete 15 days of practical learning and orientation with a senior employee at a designated branch.
Work in the assigned district or upazila and support field-level microfinance activities as required.
Follow COAST Foundation's organizational policies, ethical standards, and safeguarding requirements.
Maintain compliance with rules concerning protection from sexual exploitation and abuse, child marriage prevention, and workplace discipline.
Salary during the first three months of apprenticeship: BDT 25,000 per month.
Salary after confirmation: BDT 34,376 per month.
Contributory Provident Fund after confirmation.
Two festival bonuses, each equivalent to one basic salary, after confirmation.
Gratuity facility after confirmation.
Childcare allowance for female employees.
Office-arranged accommodation for male employees (food expenses borne by the employee).
Monthly BDT 1,500 allowance for motorcycle fuel and maintenance.
