BASA Foundation is a well-established microfinance organization operating across Bangladesh. The organization provides savings and loan services to improve the socio-economic condition of communities through sustainable financial inclusion. Its head office is located at Basa Bhaban, House-42, Road-03, Prianka Runway City, Baunia, Turag, Uttara, Dhaka-1230. The foundation is currently recruiting 100 Credit Officers to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

This is a full-time office-based position for candidates willing to work in any district of Bangladesh. Selected employees will be responsible for member development, loan and savings operations, field visits, loan recovery, reporting, and maintaining Microfin-360 software records. Candidates must be at most 35 years old. Applicants with Higher Secondary, Bachelor/Honors, or Master's degrees may apply according to the organization's grade structure. Motorcycle riding is permitted for employees who possess a valid driving license. The monthly salary ranges from BDT 20,000 to 23,000 along with provident fund, gratuity, medical allowance, mobile bill, partially subsidized lunch, three festival bonuses, weekly two holidays, and 33 days of earned leave annually.
