Village Development Society (VDS) is a development-oriented organization engaged in microfinance and community development activities. The organization has received primary approval from the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) and is expanding its operations in Narsingdi. The workplace is office-based in Narsingdi, and this is a full-time position.

The selected candidate will support the organization's microcredit activities while maintaining professional standards in credit operations. Candidates must have at least an HSC qualification, be at least 20 years of age, and possess practical experience in relevant work. Required professional skills include Micro Credit, Credit Recovery, Credit Risk Analysis, and other relevant competencies.
