Customer Relationship Officer

Good Men, a growing e-commerce business based in Mohammadpur, Dhaka, is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Relationship Officer (CRO). This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with customers, supporting sales activities, and building long-term customer relationships. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, generating sales, managing courier and delivery operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and previous customer service or sales experience will be given preference.

• Minimum H.S.C. or equivalent qualification

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer handling skills

• Willingness to stay and grow with the organization for 1–3 years

• Age between 18 and 35 years

• Communicate with customers and provide product information
