The Field Sales Associate role is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in sales and customer engagement. Selected candidates will work in designated booth locations, communicate directly with potential customers, explain service offerings, and support customers in selecting suitable membership packages. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Work in assigned sales booths within designated areas.
Engage with potential customers and explain available services.
Assist customers in choosing appropriate service packages.
Provide information regarding pre-sales and post-sales support.
Ensure customers understand terms and conditions before membership enrollment.
Requirements
Minimum SSC/Equivalent qualification.
HSC or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with at least 6 months of sales experience will receive preference.
Minimum age: 19 years.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in field-based sales activities.
Responsibilities
Conduct team-based sales activities at assigned booth locations.
Approach pedestrians and potential customers to present services clearly.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
Educate customers about pre-sales and post-sales services.
Explain terms and conditions during every sale.
Hand over membership cards to customers after successful enrollment.
Maintain professional customer interactions and achieve sales targets.
Benefits
Basic salary: BDT 11,200–12,000 per month.
Allowances and commission: BDT 2,600 plus performance-based commission of BDT 3,000–25,000.
