Female Caregiver / Nurse for Elderly Care

Syed's Personal Staff Pool is recruiting a compassionate and responsible Female Caregiver for a British-Bangladeshi family in Uttara, Dhaka. This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality personal care and assistance to elderly parents (aged 85+ and 75+). The position combines nursing care, personal assistance, and family support responsibilities in a non-residential setup.

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent certification

• At least 2 years of relevant experience (freshers are also encouraged to apply)

• Female candidates only, minimum age 25 years

• Must be a certified and qualified nurse

• Reside in Uttara or adjacent areas of Dhaka

• Valid National ID and proof of address (e.g., utility bill)

• Basic digital literacy (Uber, bKash, appointment booking, online payments)

• Ability to translate between Bengali and English for communication

• Basic English reading skills (medical prescriptions, documents)

• Caring and sincere attitude towards elderly people

• Flexibility for morning (9:30 AM - 2:30 PM) or evening (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM) shifts

• Ability to independently handle outdoor tasks (market, medicine, bill payment)

• Provide daily care to elderly parents including mobility assistance, medical needs, and personal care

• Accompany parents outside for shopping, banking, doctor visits, social events, and family farmhouse trips

• Travel with family for local trips within Bangladesh or international destinations when required

• Be available for emergency situations, including overnight stays if needed

• Recruit, supervise, and evaluate household staff (maids, drivers)

• Handle property-related tasks such as bill payments and government office work

• Support family with administrative and personal management tasks

• Monthly Salary: Tk. 25,000 (Tk. 20,000 during 3-month probation)

• Monthly Business Expense Allowance: Tk. 5,000 (travel, mobile data, meals outside, photocopy etc.)

• Full subsidized lunch, snacks, and beverages during work hours

• Festival Bonus: Equivalent to one month's salary for each Eid

• Weekly Holiday: 1 day per week

• Annual Leave: 10 days

• Festival Leave: 8 days
