We are currently hiring 4 Ward Boys to support our clinical team. The role involves providing direct assistance to patients, ensuring the smooth operation of the ward, and maintaining a clean and supportive healing environment. This is a full-time onsite position ideal for dedicated, hardworking individuals who want to make a meaningful contribution to healthcare and rehabilitation services.

• Minimum SSC or equivalent educational qualification

• Experience in healthcare or hospital ward support preferred

• Quick learner with a hardworking and compassionate attitude

• Basic knowledge of patient care and hygiene standards

• Physically fit and able to work in shifts if required

• Good communication skills and team player

• Assist patients with daily activities and personal care

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the ward

• Support medical staff during patient admission, treatment, and discharge

• Monitor patient needs and report to nurses or doctors

• Ensure proper distribution of meals and medicines as directed

• Handle basic administrative tasks related to ward management

• Provide a safe and caring environment for recovering patients
