We are currently seeking experienced, energetic, and dedicated professionals for the position of Regional Finance Manager to oversee and manage financial operations within our microfinance programs. The selected candidate will play a critical role in supervising regional financial activities, ensuring strict compliance with organizational policies, and supporting branch-level finance teams to maintain transparency and efficiency in micro-credit operations. This is a full-time, field-based position that requires strong financial monitoring skills, analytical capabilities, and the willingness to travel frequently across the organization's operational areas to ensure seamless financial administration.
Requirements
Master of Commerce (MCom) degree. Candidates with Master's in Accounting will be given preference.
Minimum 3 years of practical experience as Regional Finance Manager in microfinance institutions.
Experience in managing financial monitoring for 20-25 branches.
Age not exceeding 47 years.
Proficient in riding motorcycle.
Basic knowledge of computer applications and internet usage.
Responsibilities
Prepare annual plans, formulate budgets, and submit progress reports while ensuring accountability.
Regularly monitor and verify that subordinate branch accountants are conducting accounting activities as per organizational rules.
Provide support to branches in preparing accurate MIS and AIS reports through software.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of weekly and monthly financial reports including loan disbursement, recovery, and savings collection.
Verify all financial accounts and transactions of subordinate branches.
Oversee office management, administrative, and official activities of subordinate branches.
Plan, supervise, and ensure accountability of team members' work.
Maintain communication with various government and non-government institutions to promote organizational activities.
Implement loan programs following the organization's credit policies strictly.
