• Bachelor's degree / Honors in any discipline with no third division/class in academic career.

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong team working abilities.

• Computer literacy with good knowledge of MS Office.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.

• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated.

• Hardworking with a fervent and dedicated approach.

• Generate new customer leads through various channels and networking.

• Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities.

• Follow up on new leads and referrals to convert into business opportunities.

• Achieve monthly and periodic sales targets consistently.

• Prepare regular visit plans and identify prospective customers from target markets.

• Follow internal guidelines, policies, and procedures strictly.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement.

• Resolve customer queries and facilitate smooth service delivery.

• Maintain periodic sales status reports, daily activity logs, and follow-up records.
