The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products to individual and corporate clients across Bangladesh. This role is ideal for proactive professionals who excel in building strong networks and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

• Masters degree in any discipline

• Age between 26 to 30 years

• Only Male candidates (fresher and experienced)

• Smart, polite, energetic, and well-groomed with a pleasant personality

• Clear voice without local dialect

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive with strong networking and relationship-building abilities

• Mature, composed, patient, and self-motivated

• Team player with problem-solving and quick learning abilities

• Visit individual and corporate customers to promote and sell banking products

• Achieve individual sales and collection targets set by management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

• Deliver excellent customer service

• Conduct strategic planning for acquiring new business

• Prepare short and long-term sales forecasts for marketing plans

• Analyze competitors and identify new market opportunities

• Perform regular field visits to identify prospective customers from target markets
