Telesales Expert

PANJABI BD OFFICIAL is looking for energetic and results-driven Telesales Experts to join its growing sales team in Jatrabari, Dhaka. This is a full-time position for candidates who are confident in communicating with customers over the phone and capable of achieving sales targets through professional telesales activities.

The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting potential customers, confirming orders, promoting company products, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Candidates must be hardworking, patient, and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the workday. Previous telesales or call center experience is highly preferred. Performance-based commission opportunities are available from the second month based on daily target achievement.

• Work location: Jatrabari, Dhaka

• Working days: 26 days per month

• Monthly leave: 4 days

• Morning Shift: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Minimum H.S.C. or equivalent qualification

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience

• At least 1-2 years of call center or telesales experience is mandatory

• Excellent communication and customer handling skills

• Ability to speak with customers over the phone throughout the day

• Hardworking, patient, and target-oriented

• Non-smoker is required

• Must maintain professional discipline and punctuality

• Contact potential customers through phone calls

• Provide information about company products and services

• Confirm customer orders and ensure sales conversion

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers

• Prepare daily call reports and sales updates

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up activities

• Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to team performance

• Monthly salary: BDT 12,000 - 18,000

• Sales commission from the second month based on performance and target achievement

• Potential commission earnings of BDT 3,000 - 5,000 or more per month based on performance
