• Master of Business Management (MBM), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master's degree, or 4-year Bachelor/Honors degree from a reputed university/college/institution

• No third division/class or equivalent CGPA/GPA in any academic records

• At least two (2) first divisions/classes or equivalent CGPA/GPA in academic records

• Age at most 32 years (as on the closing date of application)

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication skills in Bengali and English

• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office

• Support day-to-day general banking operations across different departments

• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries

• Assist in account opening, cash handling, and transaction processing

• Learn and apply banking rules, regulations, and compliance standards

• Participate in branch activities and business development initiatives

• Contribute to the bank's nationwide expansion efforts

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting as required

• Monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 40,000 during 1-year probation period

• Confirmation as Officer with initial monthly salary of Tk. 55,405
