• Master of Business Management (MBM), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters, or 4 years Bachelor/Honors degree or equivalent from a reputed university/college/institution.

• No third division/class or equivalent CGPA/GPA in any academic records (as per regulatory guidelines).

• At least one (1) first division/class or equivalent CGPA/GPA in academic records.

• Age: Maximum 32 years as on the closing date of application.

• Strong knowledge in General Banking and Cash Management.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Handle day-to-day general banking operations and cash management activities.

• Provide excellent customer service at branch level.

• Process financial transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services accurately.

• Assist in maintaining proper documentation and compliance with banking regulations.

• Support branch activities for business growth and customer acquisition.

• Participate in training programs to develop professional banking skills.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

• Monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 35,000 during 1-year probation period.

• Upon confirmation: Monthly salary of Tk. 46,933 plus other admissible benefits as per bank policy.
