Muslim Aid Bangladesh (MAB) is a registered non-profit, non-political voluntary organization working across Bangladesh to improve the lives of vulnerable communities through microfinance and development programs. Registered under the Ministry of Social Welfare and licensed by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA License No. 02764-00738-0036), the organization works closely with government institutions and regulatory bodies. The organization is recruiting a full-time Program Supervisor (Grade-8, Step-2) to work anywhere in Bangladesh. The position involves supervising microcredit activities, maintaining loan and savings records, preparing reports, and ensuring proper documentation. There is no specified vacancy number. The monthly salary during the probation period is BDT 16,830, which will increase to BDT 18,513 after successful completion of a six-month probation period. Applicants must be 18 to 38 years old. The role requires office-based work, regular field visits by bicycle or motorcycle, and willingness to work in any district of Bangladesh. Requirements
Bachelor/Honors degree from a recognized institution.
